Qi (pronounced ‘Chee’) charging uses resonant inductive coupling to transfer energy between a sender and a receiver via electromagnetic coils within the device. In the case of portable electronic devices, the sender is the charging stand or station and the receiver is the portable electronic device. Simply place your compatible device on a charging station and the station will transfer energy via electromagnetic fields to the device, charging the battery.
Qi wireless charging omits a very small amount of electromagnetic radiation which only exists directly around the charging area when a device is placed upon it. The Qi wireless charging system has been used for years with electronic toothbrushes and has had no known health implications to humans. The coils inside each component are protected by a shielding system which provides a further reduction to the amount of electromagnetic radiation produced.
If your smartphone or device is Qi compatible, it will have the Qi logo on the device or the packaging. Double check with the manufacturer to see if your device is Qi enabled.
Alternatively, each Neo kit comes with both Android and Apple wireless adapters to enable Qi wireless charging for your device.
Yes, the Neo comes with 4 USB charging points, suitable for any standard USB charging cable. Simply plug in your device to begin charging.
Here is a Troubleshooting Guide for you to locate the problem:
|Device isn't Qi Enabled||Check your device is Qi enabled. If your device isn't Qi enabled, use the wireless charging adapter provided.|
|Device isn't positioned correctly||Ensure your device is placed on the wireless charging pad correctly. The device should be facing upwards (i.e. the screen is on top). Move the device around until the charging indicator appears on your device. Charging depends upon where the charging coil is located in your device.|
|Protective case is preventing charging||Remove any thick or metal protective case on your device as this may block the charging signals from the wireless charger.|
|Device is already connected to a charger||Wireless charging will not be available if your device is already connected to a charger. Disconnect any chargers before continuing|
|Neo charging station is not switched on||Connect the Neo wireless charging station to a power point and ensure the indicator light is on. There are no ON/OFF buttons. If it does not turn on the charging station may be defective|

Unfortunately, we do not stock the USB charging cables or wireless adapters as a separate item, therefore we would not be able to send additional cables or wireless adapters.
You can, however, find short USB charging cables and wireless charging adapters online via Amazon or eBay for a reasonable price.
We recommend purchasing short USB cables to prevent tangles and keep your charging station as neat as possible. Otherwise, most standard USB charging cables are compatible with the Neo Wireless Charger.
Neo Wireless Charger is compatible with most standard USB cables.
